Chow's Inc Restaurant

Perhaps it was the time that we arrived (1hr before closing so 8pm) as the other reviews claim it’s a good place to eat. There was no one in the restaurant, the décor is way more than outdated (the tiki vibe is cool if you're in the Caribbean) and the food was completely dried out jerky style. My guess is it had been sitting on the buffet for hours and they figured we’ll leave it there, if someone comes great, if not, oh well. Nothing was labeled so I had no clue what anything on the buffet was unless I asked, spring rolls were soggy, shrimp rubbery, no plain rice, chicken dry and thats just what I could identify....all in all it was just bad. To top if off I had to wonder how much the 1 ser...

I live blocks away and when I need a fix of good old fashion Chinese food then Chow's the place for my family.Very old fashion decor but why not!Service is adequate and food is above average.Buffer or a la carte or takeout you will rarely have a bad experience. In addition, they do offer more modern dishes a la carte which are very good. Good place for Chinese food cravings.

I've been a customer of Chow's for some 40 years, most often as takeout or delivery. The food is OK and they've proved dependable over the years. Last night, my dinner for 4 was short on both the expected number of egg rolls and fried shrimp. When I called to politely complain, it was implied that I was either blind or lying. So beware and check your order.

This Chinese restaurant has been around since the 60's in Dorval. They have decent buffet at lunch and supper ( budget friendly.) Not the largest selection but food choices are very good and tasty! Lunch buffet under $12.00 without tip. A lot of take out business for them as well! Bon appetit!

Unfortunately, Chow's used to be better than it is now. The food is good, but often the buffet trays are empty, and they are slow to refill them. The egg rolls are really good and they could do with less fried foods and more vegetables.

Pretty good food for the price.the buffet could use some updating.the decor definitely could move into the 21st. Century,all the old school tiki stuff is dusty and bleh. The waiters are cool and fast .DONT 'T FORGET TO TIP THEM.

Only 1 choice of soup, trays not refilled often enough with fresh food, especially chop suey, waiters very loud when talking among themselves. I always have to ask for receipt when we pay for our meal

THIS PLACE HAS BEEN AROUND FOREVER...decent Chinese food and a nice small buffet...perfect for lunch. But decor could use a facelift.

Always get chows take out when in Montreal. Best egg rolls anywhere. Free delivery too. Chicken chow mien is always good.

All buffet chinese food. Fresh daily. Good ambience, good service. All u can eat so good for big eatets
