Walking In. The Décor Was Great. Nice n Clean. Had A Friendly Atmosphere.Ordered the Deluxe Combo For Two : 4 pcs Spare Ribs, 6 pcs Baby Back, 4 pcs=Half Chicken, 2 pcs Corn, 2 Desserts of your choice, BBQ Beans, Fries, and Crisp Salad1 Large Dr. Pepper 1 Large Orange Crush.Service Was Impeccable. The Drinks Were Never Empty, Until We Decided It Was Enough. Napkins, Sauces, Butter, was brought promptly when asked.Like Many Of Others Have Said. The RIBS ARE DRYER than Desert! Slathered in BBQ Sauce. :(The BBQ Chicken was a saving grace. Moist. Well Cooked. Juicy. Damn It Was GOOD!The Mashed Potatoes... The food seemed like it was days old. My mom's chicken fried steak was so old and burnt, I couldn't believe it. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked well done, but it arrived so bloody. My hamburger steak dinner didn't even resemble a hamburger steak; when I asked the server if it was indeed a hamburger steak, she confirmed that it was. Additionally, my fries were old, dried out, and burnt. I ended up paying over $140 for what was, frankly, garbage. On top of that, the place was incredibly dirty—it was shocking. I cannot recommend this location at all; I'd suggest going to Artesia instead. To make matters worse, I got sick the following day and have been dealing with diarrhea ever...

We went in the other day and right when we walked in the door the smell of cleaner was very strong. They sat us down took our order brought us our drinks. There was 4 of us 2 got water that tasted like tap water gross. While sitting there we finally had to tell the waitress we had to leave it smelled so bad I just couldn't eat my food smelling bathroom cleaner. We've ate here many time the food is good. The restaurant is old and dirty it needs a remodel. Our table was so sticky.

Not what I remembered from a kid... Rib was burnt, dry and cool to the touch, not hot but cool... Chicken looked under cooked and I didn't want to chance it... Wife's brisket was dry and over-cooked, son's fried chicken stops where a dark brown, while our other son's baby back ribs came out dry as well. Was very disappointed with everything. Ten minutes later, my steak arrived sizzling, but I’d rate it just a 5 out of 10. The two sides that came with it felt like an afterthought; they were poorly put together and tasted like it too. While the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the cleanliness left much to be desired—my elbows were sticking to the table, and there was dust on the walls. Overall, I won’t be returning.

Closing soon! If you're looking to dine here, be sure to come by before it's too late. The Blue Cheese Dressing is excellent, and the spare ribs, even without BBQ sauce, were quite tasty. It’s a bit pricey, but I’m glad to have had the chance to enjoy it one last time. It’s bittersweet to see this place closing.

This place was excellent many years back but due to many problems quality has gone downhill and not even the Waiters areNot the same.. This business is just trying to consolidate to the Downey facility and is going down here hill for us in Whittier...

No one makes a burger the way these guys do. No one makes onion rings better. I haven’t been back in a number of years since leaving the state, but this is on my mandatory list of places when I do visit. It’s a taste of home I will always remember. Réservez une table maintenant

Dinner Top Sirloin is the best. The salads and drinks are always super cold. Miss the one in Rosemead, on Garvey.Always good! Been coming here for years. Sorry to see you go at the end of the year.
