Chrispy's Cafe - Réservation de table

First time in Sale so the kids and I walked the main drag up and back looking for a place for lunch. Was surprised at the lack of options (I think there was a lot more food a few streets over) so ended up at this place because we were sick of walking by that stage.Kids wanted hamburgers and I ended up with the pie and chop special (with Gravy). $10 for mine and $12 each for the burgers.Everything was juts a little ' blah' nothing had any zing to it and the chips were pretty average.The inside seating was really cramped - there was some outside seating but it had been drizzling and all the seats were wet.Friendly service was nice. They seemed pretty busy.

I've been here twice for lunch and haven't had too much success. Once my order of a toasted sandwich was forgotten and the other time I couldn't get served. Staff ignored me and after waiting for a while, in a cafe that was not busy, I had to ask to get served. I won't be going there again.

I visited this restaurant looking for something new to try. We ordered our meals and watched others around us get served. When our food arrived, it was nothing special. It seemed like there were a lot of regular customers coming and going. I gave it a try once, but I won't be returning.

Our effort on a busy day when the shops that were open were also busy was rewarded by the excellent food and hot chocolate and coffees we enjoyed here. That many locals of differing ages seemed to know this is a place to seek out and enjoy. We would agree Réservez une table maintenant

There are only a few cafes open on Sunday mornings for breakfast in Sale. We made the right choice - located within walking distance of our hotel, in the city centre. Friendly and welcoming. Did not have to wait for our meals even though they were busy.

When we first began dining at this restaurant, the portions were generous and delicious. However, recently the size of the salad dish has significantly decreased. As a result, we do not frequent this establishment as often as we used to.

Visited for something small and was told to leave because they felt like closing. At 230 pm. Had 4 other customers that were being served though. Wont be going again.

Straightforward and affordable dishes. Generous portions. Quick service. Ideal for a convenient meal stop on the road to Melbourne. Friendly staff as well. Réservez une table maintenant
