Arrival in Neuhaus after seven hours highway. After we were short-circuited by phone with our friends, we were informed that in Neuhaus there would only be this place that was opened. Only the “Christina” remained for Durst. It's terrible how the inn is beaten. On the way from our accommodation to “Christina” three restaurants were close! Christina makes the place itself, except when a lot is going on, the daughter-in-law comes and helps. A pure family business, probably only for this reason. The boss is very friendly and a conversation is not cancelled. The two arrival dunes dark each costs 3.30 €, fits. They served very quickly and came (of course from Munich; The next evening we agreed to dinner without booking. When we arrived, a travel company had just left the place, and the good Christina was a bit excited when we broke there on the twelfth floor. The menu here in the evening consists of “Dinner 14”. From the map the four appetizers (Pfifferlingsrahmsuppe, tomato cream soup, smoked trout fillet Norwegian smoked salmon, four main dishes (Ochsenbrust, pork fillets, turkeyspeak, Rumpsteak “Hofmeister Art” and a surprise dessert, you can choose freely and then pay € 140. The dishes are dressed responsively, sufficient from the portion size and are served in a reasonable time. You can therefore recommend this place with good conscience, even if nothing else remains, because they are the only ones that are open in this place.
