Bestes Steak-Lokal in Stuttgart! Gestern hatte ich das Vergnügen, im wohl besten Steakhaus Stuttgarts einzukehren – und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants spürt man die stilvolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre, die perfekt auf das bevorstehende Geschmackserlebnis einstimmt. Das Personal war von Anfang an aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Highlight des Abends war natürlich das Steak: auf den Punkt genau zubereitet, zart und voller Geschmack. Egal ob medium-rare oder well-done – hier wird jeder Wunsch perfekt umgesetzt. Dazu gab es eine Auswahl an Beilagen und Saucen, die das Fleisch ideal ergänzten. Auch die Getränkeauswahl, von hervorragenden Weinen bis hin zu kreativen...

we have ordered the prime rib medium rare, we have received the prime rib, which was recommended by the medium well and in the medium to medium rare. obviously the meat was not allowed to rest sufficiently before serving, so that a pink meat juice appeared, which did not necessarily promote the optical joy at the teller. I usually cut this meat back with the knife to find the tenderness. I will probably wait for my next US trip before I resign to the queen of bark meat, the main rib. to avoid misunderstandings: it still has excellent cost, although it does not approach a classic prime rib.

Das Christopherus überzeugte uns vor allem für den hervorragenden freundlichen Service und ein schönes Ambiente. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von dem fantastischen kulinarischen Kompositionen. Die Gerichte sind perfekt abgestimmt und sind ein Augen -und Gaumenschmaus.
