I ordered a large burrito at this restaurant. While it wasn't particularly unique, they used simple ingredients that tasted good and left me feeling satisfied. The setup of the bar reminded me of Chipotle. I enjoy visiting this shopping center in Seal Beach because it is beautiful and has a nice breeze. Although I didn't request beyond meat, I noticed that it was an option (although I am unsure about cross-contamination). I would likely pick this place if I were dining with a group of people. Additionally, the woman working there was very efficient and friendly.
I really wanted to like this place because I’ve heard so much about it, but my experience was not what it seems others have. In my mind these guys are chasing Chipotle with several missing components. I had a steak burrito no rice and beans, and a soda with tax cost me $17. Service was not friendly, and frankly could care less if I was there. Outdoor tables were filthy. Hopefully your experience is much better because it seems overall they have a good reputation.
All the negative reviews were written by a bunch of entitled Karen’s that have way too high of expectations and never worked a customer service job before. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chronic Taco. Ordered the chicken burrito and it was dank like usual. They make them super thick and it tastes amazing to me. Plus they sell the bottles coca colas too, which is ten times better then the other stuff. Employees were nice and put my order together super fast!
The photos don't do this restaurant justice. The food was incredibly tasty! I tried the carne asada taco, chicken burrito, and chicken quesadilla. I would have liked to try more dishes, but their fryer was out of order. The atmosphere is simple but perfect for a quick meal.

Great food served by great people! Fresh and delicious. We were served by a girl with magenta hair in a bun. So helpful and sweet. Her eyes twinkled as she smiled through her mask. The place was clean with great music. Awesome Chronic tacos!
Despite being understaffed due to a lack of workers, the staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly. Even with a line out the door, they had smiles on their faces. The tacos were definitely worth the drive and the wait.
Only the 2nd location I've been to, I usually go to the Huntington Beach location when I'm in the area. I gotta say no disappointment at all! Surf and Turf burrito is my favorite! Just no stickers
I received excellent customer service from the young man who assisted me. He had good suggestions and a great attitude. My bowl/salad was really delicious.

The Spanish rice and pickled vegetables are not suitable for vegans, but the black beans and white rice are vegan-friendly options.
Very average and unflavored food. Chipotle is a better bet.
