I've been bringing my kids to this location for several years now and this spot has always come through. You have to put the 5 stars into context, this, of course isn't a fine dining establishment however the pizza and other food is always fast andtasty. This location is usually very clean but this most recent visit was exceptional. It is even Friday night and this placeis packed. Horrible experience and super sad went to a friend's birthday party and everything was wrong ...the food came out when the party was supposed to be over . Kids were hungry..one Manager was in her pajamas. They had tons of little teenagers working and didn'thave a clue what to do. My wife and I brought my son to his birthday party. Perfect place for a few five-year-olds. You don't have tokens like I remember when I was a kid, so you have to buy a card that works as a Game Pass. They are refillable, which is cool, but remember that they are going fast! I wish I had just bought the highest amount to start with it because you go through it too fast. I don't know if I'd make a birthday party here, it's probably extremely expensive, but hanging here on a birthday party was a ton of fun
Brought my niece and daughter here and ordered 8 wings and churros took almost an hour to make. When spoke to manager stated wings takes 45 min to make since they were frozen and needed to fry in oil. I don?t know what fryer takes 45 min to fry but my air fryer takes 8-12min even when frozen. Asked for a refund. If anybody orders food and limited on time DO NOT ORDER WINGS or FOOD they take 45 min in oil fryer!!! Insane for frying anything. Will not order any food next time.

Visiting on a quiet Tuesday night to celebrate 'Back to school ' with the kiddos! As soon as we arrived the staff treated us like 1st class guests! The manager (Viula, excuse the spelling) helped us download the Chuck E Cheeses App which has an awesomepromotion going on right now! Kudos to her for leading the team and promoting great customer service! Pizza was tasty and thesalad bar fresh and stocked each time! Overall an evening of fun!!!
Please like my review if helpful really nice and clean Chuck E cheese. Pizza was decent and the games were up to date and lots of fun. They were under personnel, leading to 4 star service. Other food e chess have a free area where children climb and this wig could not. The games were paid to just play. We will definitely come back in the future, but the Northtown Chuck E Cheese is our first choice for child fun.
Great place for kids! The staff kept the area visibly clean, and the food was reasonably priced compared to other arcades, like those at farms. The team was quick to assist whenever we needed help. Overall, games and meals for a family of four cost $60 or less, which is a fantastic deal!
Changed so much since my daughter was little. You now buy play cards that are pretty expensive. The good deals of eating and playing combos are long gone. The place was clean and my nephew's liked the games. I would like it allot more if it was a better deal.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our son's birthday party! Sunshine, our party coordinator, had everything organized perfectly and was incredibly kind. The venue was clean, and the food was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
I had a fantastic experience paying just $10 for 30 minutes and managed to rack up over 600 tickets during that time!
