Due to some confusion, our party table was not ready until about 45 minutes in our party start time, but it has not disappointed us at all because we could see that they really hard with juggling though several parties, while our kids enjoy the game zone. It made us happy, these hardworking young people and the manager, Miss. Diamond, personally supervised. We attended a fifth birthday party here, and my daughter had an absolute blast! The place was clean, masks were optional, and it was safely enclosed, so no children could wander near the front door. The staff was excellent, perfectly timing activities to keep the kids engaged and interested throughout the event. The Party Manager Taylor is what a manager t Chuck E. Cheese?s should be. If you?re having a party there REQUEST HER. She has unlimited energy, always smiles no matter how many times you ask her for napkins, cups etc. my kids party was supposed to be 10 and grew to about 30 and she didn?t miss a beat. We even forgot one of the gifts and she called us to inform us and then held it to the side for 3MONTHS until we visited again. We walked through the door and she immediately recognized my boys and ran in the back and brought it out with gift card and CASH still in the bag) She?s chik fil a good. She?s Disney good.

The good: Pretty clean. The dining area, the play area and the toilets were all quite clean. The bad thing: no bullet pit or anything to play. They used to be the best part for children! The staff seemed completely checked out. There was 1 person trying to help everyone. After waiting for the price for 10 minutes, I finally asked for help and 2 ppl came from the back to help. Overall, it seems only less fun than I was a child. Maybe I just grew up. Who knows.
I'm really happy this place is around! My 15-month-old daughter had a little explosion, but the restaurant was clean, and I felt comfortable letting her walk around and enjoy herself. The only downside was that the photo booth wasn't working, but I'm sure they'll fix it soon. This place has become a regular spot for us, and we plan to visit often!
Chuck E Cheese is a very family friendly amusement place for kids 3 and up. They have improved their play area with some new games and rides. Kids can collect tickets to win prizes. They have pretty good pizza and a salad bar for the adults. Best time to go are weekdays at 11am when they first open!
Great environment for kids and there's a variety of games to play for young kids and adults. The food was good, not the best quality and a bit overpriced, so I wouldn't glorify that aspect. But for the environment and quality of the games for the low price, I would still reccomend.

everyone was SUPER rude. i had a plate thrown at my face. They rolled their eyes multiple times at my children. Ignored me more than once. Worst customer service i?ve ever experienced.
Everything was fantastic! My little girl had an amazing birthday party, and our host did an excellent job.
