I had my son 4th Birthday Party there yesterday. It was way more then I could have expected in an experience. I?ve had parties at different Chucky Cheese but this location went above and beyond for me. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming from the manager, supervisor and of course our Host Celeste. They made it stress free. My food came out on time, was delicious. My host kept me on time, to make sure everything got done. My son came up to me and he said I love my party. Celeste our host was so sweet and she kept asking if I needed anything the manager and supervisor as well. Best experience at Chucky Cheese by far. Couldn?t been happier. Thank you again !!!!
It has been some time since our last visit, but our recent experience was quite disappointing. Most of the staff appeared to be new and inexperienced, which negatively impacted the customer service. It seemed like there was no one effectively managing the front of house, and the restaurant had an unpleasant smell throughout. During the two hours we spent there, we hardly encountered any staff. I really don't see this place improving unless there are significant changes or investments made, which I genuinely hope will happen. I would hate to see this restaurant fail.
