Where do I begin? The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause the food was good and our hostess tried her best Natalia to make up for what was already a bad start. Our party reservation was at set at 5:30 pm. Didn't get our table until 6 pm. Standing and waiting in a packed house. I get it, their was a pretty big crowd. So we stayed as patient as possible. First visit at this Chuck E. Cheese. The mouse house is always a joy to take the little ones out to play for the day. Surprised to see several games were down, not too crowded at the time we showed up, and the pizza is always delicious. Seem to have several employees on duty but the service at the front desk is slow. Go prepared to know what type of play time you want because I felt rushed. Love the trampoline they have. Now I know I won't have a party here. There's no longer Chuckie who comes out and entertains. The band is no longer there either. Still a great and fun place to come. great fun for children. good pizza. they have discount package for military / veterans. Wednesday is cheaper for playing. prices are a bit expensive and they need a million points for everything. all in all, great for children.
Cool place. Given the CORONA VIRUS times, they're out of some toys. Games work. The cashier was nice she took care of us when we had an issue. She's nice and even nicer in person ?. Foods ok. Beer is good.

It was clean and the workers were very helpful. It was nice not to deal with tickets and everything went on a card. Young man at 12:00 that was standing by the door was so helpful.
Love seeing my grandsons faces, when we surprise them with chuck e cheese...love this place
One of the cleanest chuck e cheese locations. It's a little small but the kids like it..
This is my go-to spot with my kids when we want to dine out without breaking the bank.
