The food was outstanding, truly deserving a top rating. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, though I would rate it slightly lower than the food and service. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!

It was actually a good day. A Wednesday at 1:30pm no traffic going and it was not to many people. The place was clean and neat the staff was very much available and doing their job. I walked right in and the price was good because I got a deal for downloading the app. I also got a discount for an hour of unlimited play time it was 18.00. The salad bar was neat and clean and the soda area too. The pizza was good and hot. The bathrooms were clean. I had a really good time.

The janitorial service at this location was outstanding. Despite it being very busy during my visit, the staff did a fantastic job of keeping the bathrooms clean and sanitary. My children had a wonderful time enjoying the pizza and games. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot was incredibly friendly and made sure to give every child a high five. It was heartwarming to see them give a hug to a child with Down syndrome as well. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for a lovely visit overall!

The pizza is no longer enjoyable, and the prices have skyrocketed. There aren’t many games to choose from, and the quality just doesn’t match the cost. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning. You can find better options for family entertainment elsewhere. The staff could also use some improvement.

Pizza was slightly undercooked, but still good, but the biggest thing was the machines where you checked your points and keep your card eating not worked so that children were unable to break and lost half the time when the food was ready.

Summer pass... Best deal ever! We have been to bell gardens, Norwalk, garden Grove, huntington park, ... just going to visit different ones and enjoy our pass.. 2 drinks, pizza, salad, 2hrs play, 1000 tickets for about $31 each visit...

I find it in poor taste that you require children to purchase a pair of $10 socks—socks that you sell for wearing a jumper—that are nothing special. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 5.

It was cool actually, no petty parental nonsense just everybody genuinely enjoying themselves, I love it. Pizza is much much better than what I remember

Cotton Sweets was delightful and fresh, with friendly and helpful staff. I was pleased to see them.
