This place is not where you need to go for good service. I had to ask to put ice into the beverage machine. They used enough to keep 10 minutes and were out. I had to ask for a knife and a fork and then it seemed like they didn't want to give it to me. All games for small children are gone and replaced by games for older children. This is not the place for 10 and below. Did I mention that the Animatronics were gone? I know there are problems here as everywhere, but the crew here tried to do as little as possible to make this a great experience. Chuck is over to squeeze maximum dollar for minimal input. I hate to disappoint my grandchildren, but we won?
I and my daughter go here and we have a great time all parents and children have the same agenda and just try to have a good time. As long as you do not need the staff for ANYTHING, you have no problems. They have what seems as if 10 or more people work in their backs, but all say they don't work this register or register. And you need to wait 30 minutes just to order food or cash in tickets or try to extend your playing time because the kiosk does not work. I gave this one 4, because all the games were in the order of work and when you come by the staff, it's a good place for me and mine.
I was very hesitant to come here, but here my son wanted to come to my birthday, so I gave up and I'm glad I did. It was so nice and clean in there. I will say I was a little sad when I realized that the Animatronics were no longer there, but they were very old and it was time to go away with them. All in all we had a great time and the pizza was delicious!!
I had a lot of fun here ! Considering the remodel I wasn?t too much of a fan of them remodeling but it was really fun to me the pizza was good it did take a while though but it was perfect! The games were fun! Overall I enjoyed it but if your looking for animatronics they removed them sadly.
