Chuck's Roadhouse Grill

This review reflects my latest dining experience. I visited with my family and we all placed our orders. After about 30 minutes, everyone else's meals arrived, but I was informed that mine would be out shortly. After another 15 minutes without my food, the waitress assured me it would be ready in just a minute. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes passed without any sign of it, and by then, my family had already finished eating. On November 14th, four of us dined at Chuck's, where we were attended by Ashley, who provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The French fries were hard and mostly cold, and my hamburger tasted as if it had been cooked the day before—it was tough and overdone. My wife couldn’t finish her chicken because it was too dry, and the fries were just as disappointing as mine. My in-laws tried the fish, which was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, their coffee was cold. The only highlight of the experience was our server, Ashley. Sadly, we will not be returning, as the overall experience was quite unsatisfactory. - Wallaceburg

It appears there might be a new chef in the kitchen, as my wings were served cold and the fries were also not hot. They only provided half a bowl of gravy. Furthermore, my wife's burger was rather greasy. Normally, the food here is quite good, but sadly, that wasn't our experience today. The waitress was excellent, but the quality of the food had an impact on her tip, which is really unfortunate. This place usually maintains higher standards.

I visited this restaurant for dinner twice, once on a Tuesday and again on a Wednesday. On my first visit, I had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, and after we placed our order, it took more than an hour for the food to arrive. The servers appeared to be overwhelmed, darting between tables in an effort to keep pace with the demands. Réservez une table maintenant

I must mention that the service was rather slow. I realize that many industries are struggling to find staff, but that shouldn't justify delays in service. However, you definitely need to try their prime rib burger—it's worth coming back for! And their wings are amazing as well.

This Chuck's is situated in my hometown, and I often eat here whenever I'm back. The half-price loaded cheese fries, paired with an ice-cold Canadian, make for the perfect late-night snack after 9 PM. Their menu never fails to impress!

The food and drinks were incredible, and the service was excellent as well. I will certainly be back for the rib special and the $4 beers. Thank you, Chuck's, for making my dad's birthday so special!

Overall, it was a delightful restaurant with a fantastic meal. The service was outstanding. I would certainly go back if I'm in Wallaceburg again.
