"The food at Chuck’s Roadhouse is good quality and what you expect at a pub. The service by Paul was very welcoming and he delivered an element of fun to a birthday party we were celebrating. The kitchen took a little bit longer than necessary to deliver on the food, but it was worth the wait."

As I was browsing the menu, a different waiter walked by, and I quickly asked him if the wings were breaded. He looked confused and said they were, but I had a feeling that might not be the case. After finishing with the menu, I set it down, hoping it would signal that I was ready to order. However, I spent another 15 minutes watching the two waiters serve three tables that arrived after me, with two tables even getting their food before I had placed my order. Finally, my original waiter returned to take my order, which was a simple half-rack of ribs with fries. The ribs arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were good, though not exceptional. I would be willing to eat them again if off...
We came to Chuck's to celebrate my birthday and had a fantastic time. The owner Dave came around several times to chat with us and make sure we were happy He was so nice and made our night extra special! Our server was terrific and he even sang happy birthday to me with a yummy piece of carrot cake. I had fish and chips plus lobster tail with butter sauce and my hubby had wings plus poutine and caesar salad. It was all amazing, we loved our meals and had lots to take home. We would absolutely recommend CHUCK'S ROADHOUSE for a wonderful meal and great time out. I especially love the lobster! Also, there are lots of TV screens with sports games. The atmosphere is a fun and modern open space.
My husband and I had a date here last night and the restaurant atmosphere was a delight. The customer service was amazing. Our waitress Shannon was super friendly and was tentive to our needs. The customer service here was so above and beyond that even the owner visited our table before and after our meal to make sure we had a great time. We haven't gone to many places in the last year due to being disappointed in the way that customer service hasn't seemed to be a priority even in our favourite restaurants. This is NOT one of those places and will recommend everyone I know to go here. We will definitely be back!
Wasn't to busy at all when we stopped here which worked perfect for us being we were able to get in and out so we could get back on the road heading back to the U.S. The food and service were both pretty good. Our waitress was attentive and move at a quick but efficient pace to make sure that we were taken care of. They have a pretty big menu giving you a lot of different options and the do serve alcoholic beverages as well. Also located in a little strip mall with multiple other stores. The food is outstanding for the price. For just $25, you get a surf and turf dish that includes steak, a lobster tail, and a side. I also added sautéed mushrooms to my meal and enjoyed a generously sized Caesar salad, which was delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for an affordable meal with great quality. On a previous visit, I tried the ribs, and they were excellent too, especially considering the great price for a full rack on certain days of the week.
We ordered takeout from Chuck's Roadhouse last week, and the food was well-prepared. The portion sizes were generous, leaving us with leftovers for lunch the next day. The salad had fresh ingredients, and the toasted pita was nicely seasoned. Given the price, it was an excellent meal, and we plan to include Chuck's in our takeout rotation for future treats. We've also dined at the restaurant before, and they offer fantastic deals on appetizers and drinks after 9 PM.
Steak is definitely the highlight of this place, moist and flavorful at a great price point. The steak bite appetizer was also delicious, the calamari on the other hand wasn't good or bad. Just frozen rings with sauce nothing special about them, however the steak more than made up for it. The service was great and the owner even made his rounds to check on the tables which I thought was a great touch. Great place for friends to hang out with drinks and food.
The only thing I didn't like was the people that met me there. But I will choose better dining companions next time. Chuck's has a very friendly, personable owner who is very nice and very fun to talk to. The only time it was crazy busy was when there was a hockey tournament in town, most tables were reserved but usually it's easy to get a seat. Réservez une table maintenant
This place was awesome! Not only did they let me book 16 people on a Saturday for a birthday party when 3 other places wouldn't. They went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this place especially for a big event. Big thanks to all the staff members and owner for making this birthday party happen! We will be back
