Churchill's - Réservation de table

On a quiet Sunday evening, we had our worst experience here. While the service started off promptly, it went down from there. We received our drinks and appetizer, and our server returned to take our entree orders. After that , she didn't return until we were finished with dinner. She never checked to make sure that our meals came out ok a side of dressing requested was not delivered). My Tuscan Chicken was burned and pretty much inedible. We tried waving to get her attention, but she was at the end of the bar chatting with the Bartender. We requested another drink , paid our bill with an 18 tip and resigned ourselves to the fact that the service here has gone too far down for us to return....

If you make a reservation be sure to mention that you want a booth or at least a table not right on top of the live music. We had a reservation and were given a choice between a table so small that the menu was bigger than the table top or a larger table we took the larger table. We were NOT told that within 20 minutes there would be live music basically at our table. When we realized we asked to move and were told that they had “reservations “ we had a reservation too! The answer I got was your food will be out soon so you'll be leaving soon enough. So there are literally dozens of options for pub food in RVC we'll be eating elsewhere in the future.

The onion rings, black bean burger and fish tacos were tasteless. The waffle sweet potato fries were the only item on the menu that was good. Not sure if they use salt and pepper or any kind of seasoning to be honest. The manager was micromanaging maybe he should focus on the kitchen instead. But I will say the service was very nice our waiter was sweet. I will not be back.

The steak tidbits were ordered medium rare but came out well done. When returned to waiter, they came out a second time rare and the garlic bread was tough as if it had been microwaved. The sweet potato french fries on the other hand were excellent.  Réservez une table maintenant

Food and service was very good. The ambiance was casual but a bit noisy at times. We have been there a number of times and will continue to got back because we find it homey. Very convenient to get to and afterwards a short walk to the theater.

Great service and food. Our server Arianna was very attentive. We had finished our dinner when the singer had started playing. We will definitely come back again and hopefully get to hear Gissel sing some more as she sounded terrific.

I used to love it here. It smells like the sinks are bad and the food was terrible I had a Buffalo flat bread. The atmosphere was cold and boring.
