Work starts for me at 2pm daily. I arrived at Churches at 115 pm on Thursday. I ordered a number 4 with fries for the side , a sprite , apple pie, and three peppers. While I was waiting to order I noticed multiple inside multiple management and a cook, he had an apron just standing around. Finally it's now 155 pm. I'm late for work now. Im at the window and the young lady says what I ordered and left the window just to come back and say the #5 chicken tender meal I ordered 40 mins ago will take 20 mins because they are frozen. Honestly I dont understand what's wrong wi5u couple locatons of Churches in Florissant-Ferguson. This location states it is open til 10 pm daily, yet at 7:55pm, I was told they were getting ready to close and theyv didn't have any chicken. This is AFTER they asked how Can I help you. We only have legs and thighs.?!?! How the heck do you go from we 9nky have darl meat to sorry we don't have any chicken in 1 min AND notvsuppose to close for an orher 2 hours? This is not the first time similar things have happened and this has been a thing since pre-COVID. Location on Lindberg and Washington is also notorious for closing 2 hour early.
Y’all should be ashamed! You should not make your staff to work in a building with no heat. It’s -1 outside without the windchill and 30 degrees inside your building. You have employees taking turns and waiting in their cars where it’s warm until they get a customer. Making people work with no heat in negative temperatures is illegal!!!

We live about 45 min away. We have 2 Churches close to us. Belleville and Washington Park. This Churches is worth the drive. They get it right. It's cooked perfect. Its the Churches I grew up to love. The others are not worth the 10 min drive
