I love churchs chicken. Its my favorite fried chicken place but lately iys been horrible chicken quality. My last order was definitely the worst. I literally got a batterd bone when it was supposed to be a breast and i had the 2 piece combo. So i got a bone and a leg.
Disgusting. Horrible service. Employees cussing at each other from across the restaurant. I get it. You work in fast food and that sucks but at least pretend to be professional for your 6 hour shift. Food also took long to come out and the employees were so rude
Server is rude. They dont provide napkins unless you ask then argued with me after I showed him I HAD NO NAPKINS!SN: food is not the same. Cold slaw was HORRIBLE and the banana pudding ?

The worst churches experience my family ever had. Something is wrong with the staff there corporate should check it out.
I saw some old lady walking with her cart and the lobby was closed she wanted chicken and they did not open the door
I asked if the smokehouse was really smoked, but they said it was fried. Besides, I had terrible heartburns.
