I recently had a conversation with the regional manager regarding my experience at the restaurant. I visited the restaurant last Sunday and again yesterday, and I must say there was a significant improvement in the quality of service. However, I was disappointed that the chicken had no flavor. When I tried to complain, I was offered a free order on my next visit, but I didn't see the point in getting another batch of flavorless chicken. I then reached out to the customer service number but did not receive a response. A month later, I called again and was informed that I had been refunded. I have an excellent experience. I received not only the best customer service, but I got very tasty and fresh chicken strips. Shout to the young lady who visited me in the drive thru window, I didn't have her name, darn it!!
