I've visited several Church's restaurants, and they've always served me the proper portion for a large side item. However, today I paid $6.05 for a large okra and only received a regular portion. I didn't want to argue, but the serving was so disappointingly small that I felt I had to write about it. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. While I might consider purchasing this food item again, I won't be returning to this particular location. The staff seemed unwilling to understand my perspective, even when I showed them pictures from the internet displaying what a large side should look like—what I received resembled a medium fry from McDonald's. This is simply unacceptable!
