That lobby shuts down early a lot killing the foot traffic customers from approaching I can understand 8 or 9 if under staffed but if fully staffed it should be full service it’s not that big of a place to close down early and I am a chef that has worked a many different restaurants I know and understand it’s fast food but can we do something about that you have a great crew and certain managers are it but you got a two piece and a biscuit you may need to toss or re train in customer service which I know you guys don’t do but maybe it should be mandatory a two day test before or inside of a 90 probation period shrugs but other than that y’all on point and I never use to eat churches
I ordered a 2 PC special which included a biscuit and pepper. The cashier was out of change so he couldn't give me my dime back. (Petty) so after receiving and checking my order before I drove away, I asked where was my pepper. He had them pre-wrapped in a bucket close to the window. He reaches in then hands one to me. No apology. The wait was every bit of 10-15 minutes and 2 cars pulled off. Overall, poor service! Biscuit was hard and food tasted like it had been sitting. Not satisfied at all.!!!!!!
Lobby closed at 6:00 pm is crazy ! Drive thru line didn’t move for 20 minutes . So you close the lobby to help with what because why would I sit in a line that’s not moving at all .. so people with a vehicle that is over clearance how do they order please show and tell me how with the lobby closed., close it down!! Sending the city code enforcement to see what’s up to code since y’all have no sense..
Shandell customer service was excellent. She was very polite and helpful. The service was very good, the food was fresh and Hot. I was very pleased with the service. My family and I will be returning again. I commended if you are hungry passing by Church on Riverdale Rd to stop and grab some food. You will enjoy the food and service.

They gave me molded dirty rice I’m on my way to the emergency room I’m about to sue I just purchased this today around 5pm and it shouldn’t be molded that fast they should be checking what they place in customers bags as well as
I ask for okra and I got real hard crispy bits. I talk to the supervisor nicely but she just basically threw it back to me saying it was just cooked. No she just recooked it and basically serve me hard food. Very
Went to the one by Atlanta Airport they had no sides the young lady couldn't tell us anything about any deals customer service was extremely poor never go here.
