I ordered 1 curry with 1 portion of rice and 1 naan bread, they said it would be 25 minutes. I came and paid for the food after 20 minutes of ordering it thinking it would be ready in about 5 minutes and I stood in the shop for another 20 minutes before I was given my order. Only 2 other people came in within that time to collect food
The food at this restaurant is excellent, made to order and freshly prepared. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. It would be nice to have some soft Indian background music to enhance the dining experience. We enjoyed the food and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.
I am going to be honest in saying that the food was colourful and freshly prepared but it carried a flavour of HP sauce in the Saag also and Jalfazi so a bit disappointed. I'd give it a second chance if passing again. The portions were it has to be said generous and from that perspective very good!
I was here with my daughter on the way to the hospital.. they were so great to me and I’m very grateful for the beautiful food and wonderful service.. also their amazing kindness to me at that time.. definitely worth a visit.. plenty of gorgeous food.. and as I say wonderful staff.. Everything was just AMAZING!! The food was brilliant and the service was even better. I’ve never felt more comfortable with any waiters/waitresses than at Chutney Joes. They are such a nice family run business and will definitely come back for more.
Kids goujons and kids nuggets..not great ..I think the oil needs changing a bit stodgy...they couldn't eat them ..limited kids choice ..no sausages .
We had a beautiful family evening the service and food was of a very high standard Can’t wait to return
