We went for breakfast. And I must say it's my favourite Italian restaurant in the UK. Worth to have a meal here. The first time I visited Ciao Bella was in 2017, and then a few times after. My opinion about it hasn't changed. The meal is perfect. The atmosphere is positive. The staff is kind, professional with a positive attitude. A lady served us with the name Michelle. I wish to go for breakfast not only because of the meal but also to have a chance to talk to Michelle. If you have a sad mood, she most likely will know the way to cheer you up. Ciao Bella restaurant management, you must be proud to have such a fantastic team. I will see you again soon.
Celebrated my son's birthday today at Ciao Bella Mansfield and it was brilliant. Food was amazing, lovely place, but most important was service that we received. All staff members were great, especially our waitress Alex she made the whole experience fantastic. Kind and very professional, made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Alex is doing a fantastic job and we can't recommend this place enough. Definitely will be returning. Perfect!
Amazing time! We went with a rule that whatever was the server's favourite 2 starters and 2 mains, we would order and have them delivered to the table as a surprise. They (Reanne) did an excellent job with their choice and was super friendly, helpful and attentative!! I highly recommend visiting this place. The food was incredible!! Complements to the chef's!
Good location and great service, especially Mircea, how was there and making sure that the food and drinks are being delivered in a good timely manner. Food was excellent, especially the pizza which did meet the Italian stile expectations. All the staff was friendly and approachable including the owner joining us for a chat and few jokes. Highly recommend.
