The food was delicious and arrived promptly. We ordered the chicken wing appetizer along with the pork chop and duck breast for our main courses. However, there was a significant issue with staffing; the only person managing the front of the house was the bartender, who also had to play the roles of host and server. As a result, it took a long time for us to be seated, and when I mentioned our reservation, she informed me that she couldn't assist with that as she didn't have access to the reservation system—her manager had the iPad, even though they weren't present. the ciazza grill was a wonderful experience. eating was above average - we had the steaks and they were made to perfection. our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. they also have some original non-alcoholic drinks that were delicious. I had watermelon lemonade and my friend ordered cranberry tea both were refreshing and new. the desserts are also delicious, we had the chocolate wing cake and chocolate chip cookies. there are also other options available. parking is not a problem and they have easy access to good roads and shopping possibilities.

We were there early afternoon mid-July. Quiet, even though there was a business group having lunch. Staff was pleasant accommodating. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. Menu posted on Open Table is not current. We understand that there is a new chef in the kitchen.

It is inside the hotel and there were not many people around when we got there. Those who prefer a quiet restaurant would love that. I liked that. Food and service were great. I will definitely come back again.

great place to meet for a quiet meeting. can be overcrowded when there is a conference. service was good, but has to improve space. the food was average.

Expensive. Given the price, I would have expected some bread and olive oil or butter to be provided while waiting for the meal.
