We stopped through montrose for a few months during the pandemic and we cannot say more about your incredible coffee. Small batch roasted (truly! And exquisite taste profile. We have tried much coffee throughout the country and Cimarron is top of the list. Best coffee in Montrose -Colorado- and beyond!
How is it possible for the staff to be so friendly and the coffee to be incredibly delicious? I will definitely make it a point to stop here every time I'm passing through. The vanilla latte was fantastic, and the pour-over was just as impressive!
You must be patient to be served, but every minute is worth it. You may have an excellent coffee, with an exquisite muffin and the atmosphere there causes you something that money doesn't give.Totally recommend.

Really nice coffee shop and roaster, and even nicer baristas and staff! Show up on roasting days for good smells, and stay for delicious coffee. Great espresso drinks and pour-overs!
