The guy in the front reception is rude and worst worst worsest in the world. He can’t understand what I’m asking him even after showing the item in the menu, he says that he is not understanding. If he is not understanding his own menu information in the restaurant, what can he explains about the food to customers with that very very rude behaviour.. he don’t know manners also. My suggestion is to not to go to this restaurant, I won’t go there in my life. Manner less idiots.
I haven't ordered from Cinnamon Spice in almost 6 months, so I was curious to see if they had kept up the high quality I remembered. The delivery was on time, just like before. I decided to get the lamb biriyani, which I had enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time because there was not much lamb in the portion, and the sauce seemed thin. It was still good, but not as great as before. On the other hand, the onion bhajees were fantastic.
I went there yesterday and the experience was horrible. The guy at the front was very rude. The way he spoke to me..OMG..very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. And the hygiene and the food quality was extremely poor coz I got food poisoning right after eating their food. I wish I hadn't wasted my money and time. I'll Never visit again.
The Guy in the front reception was horrible rude worst behavior ever I have faced, that guy was very very rude, can't respond to the customer in proper way, very unprofessional I don't know why these kind of people are in front reception who don't know how to respect customers , I never faced this kind of experience after coming to UK. Just spent £30 on food then was charged for service,delivery and bag.No popadoms were included,portions were small and will not be ordering from them again.Totally disappointing.
Even though it was late, the food was hot and lovely as usual. I'm just glad the driver was able to break his fast first.
