I made an order which had 3 curry’s one curry container was ok and filled up the other 2 curry containers was less then half filled. Uber eats told me to contact them. I have rang them asking why? His reply was larger containers and some curry’s are less sauce??? As you can see by my photos the difference between the portions of curry’s. Customer service is appalling. I work in the restaurant industry and would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again my mistake as there are plenty of other Indian take away max and I stupidly chose this one. Not even an apology or anything.
Ordered at 1700pm arrived at 1948pm.. near 3 hours, ridiculous, website is buggy and had to get a workaround just to order the food, rang up for an update, tried to be patient, got told a driver is on the way and should be 5mins, this was after waiting an hour and a half. Rang up again 30mins later to be told they dont know who we spoke to before (like you dont know who answers the phone) but we missplaced your order and havent even made the food yet, mistakes are mistakes, but that first guy basically lied, get a grip and do your checks properly, plenty of other Indian Takeaways in the area, i'll go check them out from now on
We decided to try a different takeaway from our usual and what a huge mistake. The only nice tasting item was the coconut rice. The chicken korma sauce was runny like water and tasted very weak. The chicken tikka masala didn’t taste like any masala I’ve ever eaten, such a strange taste. The onion bhaji’s were cold and the cheese garlic naan was more of a garlic naan than anything. I usually wouldn’t mind if just one item was a bit off but pretty much everything was disgusting. And it’s more on the expensive side. 100% never going to use them again, very disappointing.
My friend came to visit on a Saturday night and we were feeling hungry, so we decided to order Indian takeaway through a delivery app. The app was easy to use and navigate, it provided us with an estimated delivery time. When the order arrived, the food was delicious and we had a very satisfying meal with nothing left on our plates. I particularly enjoyed the lamb naan with my meal. Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, we would still order from here again because the food was excellent.

Ordered a chicken curry, rice, garlic naan bread and onion bhaji. Price was quite reasonable, it arrived in good time as well. The curry and rice were both delicious, the naan bread was lacking in flavour somewhat, and the onion bhajis seemed a bit overdone, but still tasted delicious. We were also given a free popadom with mint yoghurt dip, so that’s always nice and was much appreciated! I’d definitely recommend Cinnamon, very good Indian takeaway.

The food was of poor quality and the service was rude. I ordered a pasanda dish and it was extremely watery. When I called to complain, the person on the other end didn't seem interested and abruptly hung up.
I TRIED TO PHONE FOR AN ORDER TONIGHT 24/10/19, RUDE staff who hang up on you,(twice) incompetant person on the phone, Disgusting service when an idiot cant even take an order.. How bad is that

This restaurant serves the most flavorful curries we have ever tasted. The takeaway options are wonderful and the food and service are fantastic. A must-try!
