The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Despite not being in my neighborhood, I would probably come back again.
Our waitress was very sweet attentive. We ordered antipasti for one since she said enough to share it was. It was pretty basic, just cold cuts, only slices of provolone tho no dressing, couldâve been better. My date ordered lasagne, good sized serving very good except he asked if meatless was told yes but it wasnât. I had Veal Marsala w/mushrooms which was delicious veal was tender, which isnât usually the case at most restaurants, even some of the more expensive ones. Food was very reasonable large portions. Not in my area but would probably go back again.
Having traveled to New Jersey after a long day, we were in search of a restaurant near Newark airport and happened upon this charming Italian eatery tucked away in a residential area. The food was exceptional! We sampled the calamari, ravioli, the special pasta featuring salmon and crab, and pizza. The sauces were particularly flavorful. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot for its delicious cuisine.
Located in Union, this Italian restaurant is a wonderful choice. They offer homemade and authentic Italian dishes, which is why they have been open for business since 1963.
