For $9, you can get an appetizer of four overcooked, frozen mozzarella sticks that are fried to the point that the cheese oozes out of the overly processed batter. Most of the main courses appear to have been microwaved, often served at uneven temperatures. While the wine list has a decent selection, the quality of the vintages is only mediocre. And don’t bother with after-dinner coffee; the cappuccino is either instant or a poor imitation—there's no cappuccino machine in sight, and the entire kitchen is mostly hidden, with the exception of a pizza oven.

I usually stop by after work to grab takeout for my kids, and I appreciate that when I call in my order, it’s always ready by the time I arrive.
