I suppose it was dinner, but it wasn't anything special. The waiter didn't seem to have any issues with me, yet he wouldn't refill my water. I was fortunate to have some beautiful, luxurious paintings to admire while I ate my cold food. Honestly, the food doesn't deserve a star, but the paintings were worth four. Would I return? No.
