The food was really good! I was a little disappointed there was no cocktail menu. When I looked up this restaurant on open table there was a very good looking cocktail menu and thatâs ultimately why I booked the restaurant. The waitress was really nice and told me there was multiple locations and it was probably at a different location. All in all it was pretty good ð
As a local that comes here regularly, this was the worst its ever been. I had to ask for service bc the waitress just kept chatting with her outgoing table instead of greeting us. The menu changes were disappointing. The temp inside the restaurant was more oppressive than outside. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Hopefully tourists pay better.
The waitress suggested the wings and they were amazing. They were dry, spicy, and sweet. I ordered the Cajun shrimp with grits and greens, and it was delicious. The grits were so creamy, which was a pleasant surprise since I had never tried them before. My husband had the chicken and waffles, and he also really enjoyed them.
I have always loved City Tap and take many friends there. Really good food and excellent service. I was so dismayed last night to see they had loud live music. We couldn’t hear our friends talk. I always praised this place because it was one quiet restaurant in downtown. Now not anymore. Réservez une table maintenant
I've been here before and for the most part like when I come. Just this go round my waffles were super hard, and it was so busy that I couldn't get them redone. Still enjoy the bottomless mimosas, and my server handled is really well despite being so busy.
We needed a convenient early dinner before a nearby concert and we were really pleased with our meal and the excellent service. We had the hush puppies as apps and then each had a salad as an entree. My ‘Italian Deli’ salad was just right.
Better experience than the previous visit. Josh our server really made the visit the best. Good bottomless mimosas, and the wings were on point. Had to get orders. Lol! Definitely will continue to visit.
The steak was a bit overcooked, but overall it was the best meal we've had in Nashville. Réservez une table maintenant
