if they are looking for a special venue in carrollton, they do not see any further than the “Next Door” location of the city tavern. I have visited and hosted several events here last year and they were phenomenal every single time. the atmosphere is great, eating is delicious, they are super courteous, and the staff is not good.

We were actually in the Next Door venue, next door, to the Tavern, which they own. It is a catering venue. Food was good. Drinks were good. Great room with a bar. Lighting that you can set to your liking. You decorate or not.

the most consistent restaurant in the city. the owners have been local restaurants for decades. city tavern is a jewel in carrollton.

Great Tots! I typically like fries more but their tots are perfect. The fried mac and cheese is great too!
