I recently went into this Bakery to get a Finger Bun and Iced Coffee. I must say that the finger bun was one of the very best I have ever had. It was fluffy and extremely fresh. The icing was also extremely yummy. I asked if there was any Iced Coffee left out the back, as the fridge was empty of them. The owner then stepped out from the back of the shop saying the milk truck had just arrived. He then raced out to the truck and then gave it to me. GREAT service. I must say that the shop does seem to be a little squashy and needs a bit of a face lift, but it is very clean
Stopped at christies beach looking for a quick snack while exploring the local area.We had a couple of pies, the chicken and beef all the others seemed to have sold out.I have had better, but still the coffee was ok for a bakery, good to see a local bakery still hanging in there, im sure with the onset of the developers which is on the way or has already started this place may be the first to go unless it can really up its act. The service was ok, just seemed to be order, pay get out....but that seems to be the way for outer suburban retail.
I went in hope of having their award winning pies. I had one that had won the silver medal but I was let down. The gravy to meat ratio is way off with little meat present. It was also a tad too salty. The young dark haired girl that served us was rude and lacked manners. I think a smile and polite service would do better for the business?
This bakery is shut more times than it is open, I would know as I am local. The times its been closed outweigh the times I've been there to find it open. I even went up to purchase a whole cake for a bbq, to find none on the shelf. Will drive to Becks bakery in future, I know they are always open and stocked

went there special to buy the Pie which won the prize. it tastes horrible. I had bought 4 pies that had won the silver medal cost around $18. I have tried one bite and throw it away. I wonder how this pie can won the prize! and surprise it won the prize. or that's the Aussie taste?! Can't believe that!!
I've been coming to CJ's (more often than is good for my waistline) since it opened. Always impressed with the friendly service and great products. Andrew is increasing the range and the quality is consistently excellent. Highly recommend
This bakery is amazing! Don't judge by it's size, the food is wonderful. The pork sausage roll is gorgeous, and the apple doughnuts are divine. Go for the food, stay for the service!
Great pies and pasties and cakes definitely the best I have had . Friendly staff highly recommend.They make the best Cornish pasties and very reasonably priced

The best Vanilla Slice ever and the Pasties are to die for. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
a good place to buy a quick lunch when your in a hurry Nothing gourmet , coffee is ok for a bakery .
