I had the pleasure of meeting the owner one evening, and after enjoying our conversation, I decided to check out the coffee shop. I wasn't disappointed! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was inviting. It brought back wonderful memories of what small coffee shops should be like. Being family-owned and operated, you can't go wrong here. Although it can be busy at times, they make sure to serve your food hot and delicious. I'm eager to try the lunch menu soon, as I've already had breakfast there twice. This has become my go-to spot for great comfort food and friendly people!
It's been a long time since I visited CJ's, and I had forgotten just how delicious their pancakes are. One bite, and I was transported to a fluffy, buttery paradise. The staff were friendly, warm, and inviting, making me feel right at home. My coffee cup was never left empty, which was a nice touch. My only previous complaint was that they only accepted cash, but now there's an ATM on-site, so everything is perfect!
We intentionally stopped here on our way to Kalahari on Saturday after hearing that it had been voted the best egg sandwich on Long Island for six consecutive years. Our verdict: the prices are reasonable, it’s a family-run business, and the sandwiches are delicious, which puts this place at the top of our favorites. However, after just one visit, I'm not sure I can definitively say it’s "the best."
I had breakfast there for the first time, and I can confidently say it's the best breakfast in town, no contest. Everything was amazing, from the food to the staff. It's a small spot, so be prepared to wait, but trust me, the wait is absolutely worth it. The staff works incredibly hard, and they deserve all the praise!

Breakfast with my son Sean. He could help, but the feeling of great mood surrounding CJ. The personnel, the owners, the cartridges. He said he wanted to be with CJ regularly for this reason. This made the difference between a smaller family business and a company or chain restaurant. Your guys rock!!!
I definitely enjoyed the food at this place. It was a bit cramped, but overall, it was a good spot for a quick meal. I had the Cinnabon French toast, and it was fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of their PB&J shake, but if you're adventurous and really love PB&Js, I recommend you give it a try.
This is a fantastic spot for a quick meal! My only concern is that the prices keep increasing, but that seems to be a trend across the board in our current economy.
Nice little local spot, food was good! Service was a little slow, and it's a very tight fit, but I'd definitely order take out, and go in for an occasional visit
