Claim Jumper Mission Viejo

I hadn’t been to Claim Jumper in many years. I raved to my friends about the large Claim Jumper portions and their mud pie. My mouth was watering as we entered the restaurant looking forward to the meal. I was very disappointed to find out that Claim Jumper no longer serves Mud Pie! Additionally I looked at the menu and things had drastically changed. My boyfriend ordered fish and chips which was pathetic and he took a few bites and pushed the plate away. He next ordered the impossible burger but with a grilled chicken substitution. It was delicious. I had ribs remembering them from the past as being very good. This time they were mediocre. We were supposed to have slowly roasted tri-tip. It was so hard. My husband sent his back, I suffered from mine. If it were slowly roasted, it would have been tender. You could look sous vide for your flesh. It makes everything delicate.

My waitress was very attentive. I wish I could have given her a bigger tip. She made sure we really felt comfortable while there.
