Ich machte mit meiner Familie und Freunden eine Doubswanderung von Soubey nach Le Bémont. Um die Mittagszeit machten wir Mittagshalt im Café Restaurant Clairbief. Zum Glück haben wir vorreserviert, denn es war dort alles ausgebucht. Ein Teil von uns genossen eine kleine Portion der Forellenspezialität der andere ein Forellencarpacio mit einem kleinen Salat die Gerichte waren für das Auge und unseren Geschmack ein Traum. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen
Amazing trout carpaccio in a quite beautiful nature oasis. We've been here several times across the years and the carpaccio is always amazing and highly recommended. However, the cordon bleu was quite simple, nothing great about it. The pork meat wasn't very good for my taste, but the filling was very tasty and so was the salad. I wouldn't necessarily try it again here. Staff is always friendly and attentive and gives the entire experience a unique local and familiar vibe

Das Restaurant ist wunderschön Gelegen. Der Service war sehr speditiv und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, leider ein bisschen lieblos angerichtet.
