Kathy was our travel agent. Didn't really communicate well with me. Every month for 6 months, I would have to send them by e-mail to find out if the problem she has encountered with SW airlines has been solved. When the days of our trip came closer, we were not sure if we were to blame or if our flights were cancelled or what. When I gave her my feedback that she should consider reaching her clients, regardless of the circumstances, just to let her know she didn't forget that she was very defensive. I just wanted to point out something I didn't appreciate and want to help her with future customers. I won't be back. If she asked if she could send us some resorts by e-mail, she would recommend we only got 3 options and did not seem family friendly as desired. It really seemed like she didn't really help us. We have a family of 30 trips next year for a wedding, I will make sure they say to avoid this place at all costs.
