I went there last week and it was a terrible experience and one of the waiter was so rude that he ruined our birthday event. We don't know the reason but a minute we entered he didn't wanted to talk to us and whenever we tried to order something he just walked away without hearing us and his tone was very mad. I was so upset that we complained to him but he just walked away in the middle of conversation. It was my 3rd time there but never had problems before. The food was okay but not as much good as before. We just brought the cake back and celebrated again but it was a really shocking and terrible experience we never had anywhere else.
The food at this restaurant is traditional Cantonese cuisine and it is excellent. I would compare it to the dishes at China Garden, but this restaurant is newer and cleaner. The prices are also comparable. The service was prompt and attentive, although the staff didn't smile much, which is typical for Chinese restaurants. We were informed that it gets very busy on weekends, but we visited for dinner on a weekday and it was not crowded. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, consider coming on a weekday. Parking was manageable during the week, but it may get busier on weekends due to other nearby stores and shops.
Food was pretty good, but the service was not. There were multiple attempts at clearing plates and bowls off our table before we were even done eating, which naturally was not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Didn't help that they also neglected to bring us replacement plates and utensils. It could have been just our particular server that day was terrible, but even so, it wasn't a good look for this establishment.
The food at this restaurant is excellent. However, the service is more akin to what you would find in China rather than the typical American style. In my opinion, if the majority of the customers are Chinese, this is fine. But if the majority are American, the service could benefit from more training, from the initial contact to the end of the meal.

Large group with reservations. Three waiters to serve seven tables with 8 people on each was insufficient! Brought us water after all other food had been served and mostly eaten. Food was tasty but service was awful. Wheelchair accessibility: Ok.
Overall, the food was good, but not exceptional. Some dishes were priced on the high side. And they charge you $11.50 for rice. I've never seen that at a Chinese restaurant like this.
The food was really great. This place is packed but still the service was great and food was brought within 10 minutes. Impressive!!!
The restaurant was incredibly busy, but that just shows how popular it is. The parking lot was completely full!
