Clearwater Oyster Company

I think this could be the best secret for your breakfast menu. We just came back from our vacation in Clearwater and we had breakfast here every morning. Very inexpensive and very friendly staff, esp. Joanna and Donna, who feel welcome and at home. Her Belgian waffle breakfast with whipped cream and strawberries and one side of bacon is dying. And when we stayed directly at the associated Quality Inn, the food was not a brain. This will definitely be our destination for breakfast on our next trip to Clearwater Beach, no matter where we stay.

A must in Clearwater! Every time my wife and I come to Clearwater, this place is the first place we visit. The lobster roll will feed a king, and the oysters are incredibly fresh, but you do not have the true experience unless Donna is your server. She's creepy and we love her absolutely. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

The fisherman's platter is a very healthy portion. Crab cakes are exquisite of you enjoy blue crab and some green pepper in it, which I do. Lobster bisque is just ok. Had far better. Ambiance is excellent. Service is very good. Donna is very attentive. Hope they are taking good care of her. She is a factor in people coming back.

We ate here on Thursday afternoon. I was in the mood for fresh oysters and was not disappointed. The Oyster Caesar Salat was perfect and the combo plate was so generous that we took some home and had it for dinner. Donna was the best and the service was excellent. Can't wait to try the breakfast!

Wow! We came here a month ago on our first trip to Florida and it was the first place we came back! Donna is a WONDERFUL waitress and she is a valuable part of the experience. Oh, and get the Lobster Bisque, there's more praise than I expected.
