My wife ordered her favourite, which was Steak Pudding, while I ordered the regular fish. We both ordered mushy peas and a coke. My husband and I recently visited a restaurant and ordered small fish and chips. Unfortunately, the chips were dry and frozen, and the fish portion was very small. The batter was doughy and undercooked. Our 10-year-old granddaughter asked for a cheese toastie, but what she received was one slice of cheap bread barely toasted with cheese on it, along with an empty slice cut in half. We were shocked to find that the meal cost £6.25. The milkshake we ordered was made with watery milk and lacked any real chocolate flavor. I ordered the stake pudding and chips, my wife the roast beef dinner, can't really fault mine was OK nothing special. The home roasted beef dinner was something else, the beef looked and tasted like the frozen stuff you get from Iceland. The Yorkshire pud was made from a recipe that resembled bread, impossible to cut with a knife and indigestible. Donte is a kind way of describing the veg, or uncooked is another way. Good news was the mash was on the button, Go up the street to wetherspoons or the tramway, better value and more than 100% better than this place.
This café is a clean, welcoming, and friendly spot that we highly recommend visiting. Every time we are in Blackpool on holiday, we make sure to stop by. The prices for food and drinks are reasonable, and we have never had a bad meal - everything is always fantastic. We want to give a special shout out to the lady with blonde hair who serves our coffees each morning. She always remembers our order and is a gem!

The food was okay at best. What bothered me was that I had to pay an extra 20p for a sachet of mayo after already paying £6.75 for a toastie. I believe condiments should be included in the meal price. Additionally, the plate the toastie was served on was very chipped and seemed unclean. I was disappointed with the lack of care for detail and the poor customer service.
Ordered two big breakfast as I was sharing mine with my grandaughter, I must say this was a favourite of ours for years but not anymore everything was deep fried couldn’t eat the bacon as was black and hard sausages re heated in a deep fat fryer , won’t be going again . Not sue why had gone down hill
First and last time we will visit, Staff on counter were very nice, the waitress was just the opposite, blooming miserable, needs to look for a more suitable job, ordered Scampi and chips, don’t think the frying oil had been changed this year, they tasted **** disgusting,
Visited during a family holiday for dinner. I had the home made steak pie which was lovely. Plenty of meat crammed into the pie. Just what I’d hoped for. Staff were pleasant and the cafe is nicely decorated. Good place for a bite to eat at a reasonable price.

Called into today. Pretty busy Had lovely coffee and lovely carrot cake. Staff were nice and friendly. Would we come back? Of course we will.
