It's been a while since I last dined here, and after trying some Chinese food from other places recently, I was pleasantly surprised by the difference in quality. I highly recommend the Pork Fried Rice, General Tso Chicken, and Chicken and Broccoli. The General Tso Chicken was crispy when I got home, unlike everywhere else where I've had it soggy.
We've been dining here for 12 years, and it remains as excellent as ever. The egg rolls and boneless ribs are simply the best—there's no comparison. In fact, everything on the menu is fresh and delicious. We attempted to explore other places after moving away, but we've returned to our favorite spot, Number One.
After 25 years, I still find myself ordering from Closter #1. While there have been a few disappointing orders over the years, 99.9% of the time, the food is exceptional. We have three other Chinese and Japanese restaurants closer to us, but none match the quality of Closter #1. That's what truly sets it apart.
The owners are so nice and the food is usually good. I feel like the ingredient quality has gone a little down, but they still have the best boneless reserve ribs in New Jersey. Réservez une table maintenant
