decided to try this place and was extremely disappointed. the service was very slow, although he had not very many patrons and sufficient waiters. my man ordered the game changer burger and after almost ten minutes the waitress came out to tell us that they have no dick for the burger. well, the things happen, we asked speck instead. my daughter and my own eating came out first, my daughter eating was luke warm, in my case not terrible, as she is only 1.5 years old. the horses that came with my meal were cold when my men were eating my daughter and I was almost ready to eat. at this point my man was in vain and sent his food away. we will not return.
Clutch is the best sports bar/restaurant I have visited in Rochester so far. Walking into Clutch, you are greeted always with a genuine smile, not often do you see workers happy to see customers! Their food presentation is flawless, way above any set expectations you may have! I ordered an item that was on the dinner specials when it came out I had forgotten I was at a sports bar for a minute... JUST AMAZING. It's so hard to find a restaurant with top quality food, fun and social environment! If you are from Rochester, and love tasty food and drinks, great service and a welcoming environment, make sure you're next outing is to Clutch

The food was very good! Slightly upscale, definitely creative American classics. The Clutch sauce was really good. The options were fun! Our server was so nice and attentive. The atmosphere was laid back and modern.
All-around bad experience, 20 minutes to get a drink even though they weren't busy My food came out 15 minutes later that my husband's and it was not very good. Booth not clean, I stuck to the booth as I got up.
Love the craft cocktail and beer list that clutch offers! Everything on there menu looks so yummy I can't wait to go back and try more! Staff was very friendly and had good energy! Highly reccomended!
I decent local bar crowd slightly younger than I at 70. Friendly staff busy bar. Last time I ate there the food was Good.
