We thought we would go for a bite to eat. We didn't want the carvery so we asked if we could have a sandwich? We waited for at least 3/4hr for the sandwiches!! I wish i took a picture? They were just 2 slces of bread with salad on the side. I had cheese with onion marmalade. My husband had chicken with ham?? We paid £18.80p for this crap. The bread was thin sliced normal bread, i had brown he had white. The salad was some lettuce, a bit of tomato and cucumber. We won't be back that's for sure. We have never had such horrible food in a very long time. The staff were lovely just the food was awful.
sat in fuzzy eds with the kids staff wasn't helpfull had thing on the menu but we had to go order threw the other side if we wanted it . Older kids portion size wouldn't feed a toddler smallest bowl of mac cheese I have ever seen . Carvery was soo dry . The chef picked up carrots someone had spilled on the side and put them back on with the rest of the carrots
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Gabby the experience was great. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. What stood out most was her knowledge and how hard she works. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for our dining experience made the experience so much more enjoyable.
Food was excellent as I find with every Toby I've been too, I dropped stars for being asked for a tip in a manner set to guilt trip you in front of your family/guests.
