Coco Fresh Tea Juice

I placed a mobile order for 4 drinks. They refused to give me a tray or a bag.. I’m so pregnant and had to struggle to carry all the drinks to my car. This is ridiculous service.. I can’t believe this. She even told me that it’s my own fault for not buying a bag.. this needs to be improved.. there are many bubbletea shops.. if I knew the service was going to be so poor, I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

Two drinks were not sealed and spilled on my hand. I resealed them without apologizing. When I got to the car, I found that they were still unsealed and spilled on my hand???Don’t you guys check when you give drinks???

I absolutely adore this bubble tea shop! COCO ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE. Their Strawberry Latte is hands down my favorite drink. The ambiance is cozy, and the service is always top-notch.HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ٩ ๑′0`๑ ۶
