Coco Palm - Réservation de table

This venue is a beautiful property, but it is not a high end dining experience. The drinks were ok. The service was ok. To get to our table you had to walk down a weird ramp that was placed over 2 stairs. This ramp is very difficult for women in heels to walk on. I understand they may be trying to accomodate wheelchairs, but there was nobody in a wheelchair dining. Maybe just bring out the ramp if a wheelchair shows up. The chicken I ordered was the driest chicken I've ever been served. I lieterally had to drink water with every bite just to swallow it. My wife ordered the seafood paella. Horrible experience, we had a reservation for 8:30pm we arrived at 8:00 taking in consideration that they close at 9:00 pm. the food took one hour to arrived, the waitress apologized because the kitchen has misplace out ticket, my husband was still eating when they took his plate away, I’m assuming because it was almost 9:00pm but keep in mind I arrived way before my reservation time. We asked for desert and a decaf coffee, the deserve arrived but the coffee never arrived. The waitress said she was not going to charge us for the desert because of all the inconvenience, honestly I didn’t go there to get anything for FREE. We were celebrating are anniversary, honestly has a horrible experience...

This was my first time at Cocoa Palm and I was not disappointed. From the moment we walked in and was escorted to our table we had an amazing experience. We were able to dine alfresco, and it was absolutely amazing. Friday night was filled with a really good ambience, our server was outstanding, and the food was cooked and prepared and presented to perfection.

We came here for a birthday celebration and the food did not disappoint. It was quiet ambiance, but that also could have been because it was a weekday, and was not overcrowded. All of the food choices looked so good. I do not recall the name of the dish we chose but it was delicious and very plentiful. The view was spectacular with outside dining. Celebrated my birthday with family and we all had an amazing time! The food, ambiance, service and dessert were amazing! The views are spectacular. An excellent place to go on a date night or to celebrate any special occasion. 10/10 recommend this place!

Took my cousin to brunch for her birthday. We totally enjoyed the Buffet which included shrimp ceviche, crab legs, Ropa Vieja, and delicious desserts. You only get one mimosa with your meal though, which I thought was the only drawback.

overall experiences very nice. I don’t know if they’re entertain some children’s birthday party but towards the end, he got kind of loud food decent. I didn’t really eat that much but I enjoyed myself.

This is our 2nd. time there in past month. Brought friend this 2nd. time because we enjoyed the food and style of the restaurant. Would love it if they had a weekend brunch. Réservez une table maintenant

Our dinner was delicious. We had the chicken with rice and the slightly battered steak. The view was amazing and our server went out of her way to take care of us.
