We were looking to try a new restaurant. This one had the best reviews. Now we know why. We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't very busy. Our server, Hampton, was OUTSTANDING!!! We weren't sure what we wanted. But, since so many items looked like they would be delicious, we knew we wanted to order several different items to share. He was beyond gracious and recommended that we just do courses. It was sooooo much fun. Obviously, we know this wouldn't have been possible if they were super busy. Only because there’s not an option for zero stars, have eaten here many times over the years and always been superbly impressed with their food, which was not even quite as good as what Fazoli’s is. Had to switch to a second table because of fruit flies that were on the wall and all over the restaurant only to have them follow us to a different table after letting the staff know that they absolutely nothing. Since none of the staff did anything, we mentioned it after we had to track down our server to get our check and their response was well thank you for letting us know, 100% was not trying to get not a nickel for free but paid full price for food, bad service and bugs, do not eat here. The food was amazing some of the more authentic italian food I've tasted in a while. My order was hot and fresh I had ordered chicken parm with ziti and tomato/ricotta sauce it came with garlic bread!! Delicious plate i would most definitely order it again. Very cool store front to purchase various authentic perishable take home items. It is also the only place i have found real cannolis, Those alone are worth the stop! All in all i do recommend this place 20 of 10 stars if you are visiting the nashville area and looking for tasty italian! If you live near by... You already know!!
Great place to get quality great tasting Italian food. And it has a market inside. The food was amazing everything looked great. Portions are nice and big like an Italian momma would serve. The service was OK, the guy was slow to make his initial greeting. We had not been here in years so it took a minute to decide. But once we did the waiter was in a 15 minute conversation so he didn't see we were waiting. When he did finally get back to our table the food came within 5 minutes and was spectacular. Do not recommend! Used to be my favorite Italian place in Nashville, but it has gone downhill. My friend and I both got food poisoning after eating here. Found hairs in our food, and the deserts at the front had gnats flying all over them! First time here in about 6 months and many of the staff were new faces, so that could be part of it. Will not be going back!!
Wow. We grew up in North Jersey just outside NYC. Authentic Italian food was everywhere, including our Italian friends' homes. Coco's is like eating at those homes with their grandmother cooking. This is real, authentic Italian food, trust me.

Some of the best Italian food in Nashville. I have had the lasagna, ziti, Caesar, and tiramisu and it was all top notch. I highly recommend coco’s.

Had the best cake I've ever had in my life here! A lemon-berry situation that was SO good. Their affogato was tasty too!
