I usually come here all the time for breakfast. I’m not sure when this changed, but I was unable to put that I want my eggs scrambled soft and my pancakes made light. So I called the store 2 minutes after I placed my order and requested if they could do this. An employee answered and was like your food is already bagged. He didn’t seem knowledgeable, but it’s okay because someone probably didn’t train him well enough. So he’s like I can get you to the manager. The cooks dont care,servers dont care ,you have to constantly ask for the same request the bill was slapped instead of asking about our experience or offering dessert,after all they have many desserts to pick from the whole experience was a 1 out of 10 for food ,service,servers etc ;I recommend you dont ever waste your hard earned money or precious time at this heartless place.
I love cocos. . . I used to go at the location in Manhattan Beach but it closed down. So this is my new spot. Staff is friendly. Very welcoming.... food is golden!! Idk what is it about cocos coffeee ... but I want to bring it home with me heheheh zaappp!!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive, especially when it came to my special order. They were all smiles, and the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the chicken Cobb salad and took two chocolate chunk cookies to go!
This is the perfect spot for a slice of pie and a cup of coffee. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I always leave with a smile on my face.
The food quality was disappointing and it was extremely overpriced. I paid $14 for a dish that was overly salty and greasy.
