I come to this parador ever since I used a crib instead of a bed, and it's been for me forever like my house, a home. the staff is always friendly and attentive, the deal is more than excellent. I personally love the rustic touch that the hotel has, I have seen that many people write that it needs a reform, but I think the essence of the hotel is that it looks like a giant and cozy cabin, changing the style would be a mistake. One of the reasons we've always chosen this hotel was for breakfast. There was no other in the whole valley like this parador. However, with the excuse of the covid, or with another one that I do not know, it has greatly lowered the variety and quality of the products. before you could find everything in the buffet, there was smoked salmon, ducks and valley bouquets, even lacon. Now all of this has disappeared and the products they have left are of worse quality... especially the bakery, it's the worst I've ever eaten. I think you must correct this problem as soon as possible, since the covid is no excuse for a lack of quality and product that had always been there. I want to come back so I can change this comment. as I said before everything else is perfect.
