visited this caffe after a year away due sadly we learned that the former very social owner had left in nov, but we decided to “enable it a hot tub”. our waitress was our main concern... although she looked young, so maybe it was lacking experience and education. she didn't greet us and just stood with us with her notebook. So I asked if food is still served, but you said that food stops are served very early for a Saturday, but I am sure that their trade statistics have regulated this. However, other tables were served cakes and roasted teacakes, but we were never offered as option. with retrospect we would have asked, but assumed that the waitress would have offered this as an option. then...

We always stop here on a day out. Wonderful selection of cakes, the scones and tray bakes are made onsite, delicious! Always friendly and accommodating. We pre booked a table and were confident at the new measures laid out regarding Social Distancing. We have also...eaten lunch here in the past and all of us were delighted with our meals. Thank you so much Tracey and your Team, it always seems like a treat when we call!

Popped in today for a coffee , hot chocolate, and a tea cake , when we arrived the young lady gave our table a really good clean, even the seats , our drinks were so lovely, one of the best hit chocolates I've had for...a long time , and I couldn't fault the tea cake, lovely and fresh , can't wait to go back, thank you to the staff that are doing a fantastic time, in these testing times xx

Stopped here for coffee and a scone with friends. Limited seating outside so we sat inside at the back which was OK. Coffee tasted good, the scone was fine and the service friendly if somewhat unsure at times. Some staff were obviously new and still...learning the ropes. My wife and I sat in the refurbished gardens ,really smart and impressive tastefully decorated the snacks we had were delicious and fantastic value for the cost ,looking forward to when they get the alcohol licence ,the young lady that served us was very social...and pleasant

We visited for tea and cake one morning this week. It's very small but thought has gone into making it socially distanced, and it was amazing to hear staff asking people to wear their masks correctly. Nice tea and hot chocolate and cakes. Will definitely...return.

had a socially distant afternoon tea with family and neighboring my year old mama. nice eating enjoyed by all, including an overshave birthday cake. cafe had been decorated with banners to make the event very special. a great thank you to all.

my partner and I just stopped for refreshments. the personal was nice smiling ladies and there was a really nice atmosphere. would definitely recommend and stay for dinner next time! thank you :o) Réservez une table maintenant

decided to try the new cocktails on a Friday night and was not disappointed. there was a great choice to choose from and a really friendly atmosphere. will be leaving.

Excellent social distancing and lots of anti bac, some on each table. Lots of friendly staff. Delicious coffee.
