For someone who has worked in the customer service industry for decades, I’m sorry to say this place lacks in manners and communication in general. Coffee shots are being pulled too long creating a burnt flavor- which is the bitter you taste in the coffee. Not my first time here; consistent in lack of customer service, not consistent in coffee. We were passing through Livingston coming from Idaho on our way to Greycliff and tried this cute little place. The coffee was delicious, service was quick and the lady working was friendly and efficient! She correctly made my particular order. Would definitely make this a regular stop if I was local!
