This restaurant completely fails in the area of customer service. When I entered, the staff was busy chatting among themselves and completely ignored me for quite a while. I was left standing awkwardly, waiting to be attended to. The pastry I ordered was stale and tasted like it had been made the day before. Moreover, there were many dirty tables, which meant limited seating options. It would be helpful if the staff could put down their phones and take a moment to clean up the place. I also noticed your responses to other negative reviews, suggesting that customers email you for a receipt. My sister and I visited the restaurant to enjoy some iced coffees on a beautiful sunny day. We ordered iced vanilla lattes, but sadly, they turned out to be overly sweet. Having ordered them before, we knew they typically weren't this sugary, so we asked if they could make us new drinks. Unfortunately, the staff refused our request. Every sip was just too sweet, and in the end, we had to throw them away. The customer service left a lot to be desired!

The most disappointing part of this restaurant is one of the owners, who always appears to have a scowl and an unhappy attitude. If you happen to have a complaint, good luck trying to get it resolved. While the restaurant can be understaffed at times, that particular manager could really benefit from showing a bit more positivity. Overall, I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. They messed up two of our three coffee orders, and it took 35 minutes for us to receive our three sandwiches. While the food was delicious, I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I hadn't been so hungry. I'm not sure I would recommend this place, but I might consider it for takeout in the future. I've been visiting this place since I was around 15, and now that I'm 20, I can confidently say it's the best place ever. Whenever I'm away for school or not in Port Credit, I find myself thinking about their sandwiches all the time. Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to enjoy their Power Up breakfast bagel every day. I give it a solid 11/10!

I ordered a piri piri chicken wrap, and it was excessively salty. When I brought this up to a staff member, she explained that it was intended to taste that way. Instead of addressing my concern, she argued with me. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.

In terms of family-friendliness, they have underground parking available, as well as plenty of parking on the lower level. Additionally, the venue is wheelchair accessible, with usually two entrances to choose from.

I had a wonderful experience during my one visit to Coffee Culture (although it wasn't at this specific location). I've also loved hearing my friends' reviews about this place, and I definitely intend to visit soon!

If I were to rate this experience alone, it would only deserve one star. However, since we've had excellent service on previous visits, I think it wouldn’t be fair to give such a low overall rating.
